How We Work
From First Walk-Through to Final Detail
Every project follows the same three-stage path, so nothing is improvised mid-build.

Design and Material Selection
Scott walks the space with you, discusses layout options, and helps narrow materials, tile, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, before any demolition begins.

Construction, Personally Managed
Scott and Chris handle the build directly. No subcontractors managing subcontractors. If something needs to change mid-project, you hear it from them, same day.
- 03
Final Details and Walk-Through
Every project closes with a walk-through. If something is not right, it gets fixed before the job is marked complete. The punch list belongs to you, not the schedule.
