The people behind every project
Creative Spaces is a New Bern remodeling company built around two people who do the work themselves. Scott brings formal architectural training and decades of senior leadership to every job. Chris brings a practiced eye shaped by projects spanning historic Pennsylvania properties to coastal homes across Florida and North Carolina. Together, they handle bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, custom tiled showers, and everything in between, from the first conversation to the finished tile.

Our Approach
What sets Creative Spaces apart
Clear communication, consistent presence, and a process that keeps your project moving.
No subcontractors
Scott and Chris are on every job site, personally. The person you speak with at the estimate is the person doing the work.
Single point of contact
One contractor manages design, installation, and finishing. No coordination gaps, no miscommunication between trades.
Architectural-level planning
Formal training shapes how each space is planned, proportions, lighting placement, material compatibility, before a single tile is set.
Meticulous finish work
The standard isn't just customer satisfaction. Scott and Chris hold their own work to a higher bar, and it shows in the details most people never notice until they're missing.

James BehlMar 2026 · GoogleThey did a full kitchen remodel for us. We have never worked with a company this great. Scott and Chris actually showed up every day around 8:00am. Very short morning coffee breaks and barely a half hour for lunch. Their attention to detail was unbelievable. Great work ethic which is rare in today's world. The outcome of the job was well worth what we paid. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and most of all our German Shepherd loved them. We highly recommend doing business with them, you won't be disappointed.
